Please read before reserving your event date & time slot:

  1. Select Your Service Type
    Choose from our booking options:

    • Photo Booth Experience

    • Custom Backdrop or Balloon Garland/Arch

    • Bartender Services

    • All-In-One Party Bundle

  2. Choose Your Date & Time
    Available time slots are shown in real-time. Once booked, your slot is exclusively reserved for your event.

  3. Add Event Details
    Share your venue address, theme or color scheme, and any special requests β€” this helps us customize your setup perfectly.

  4. Confirm & Pay Deposit
    A small deposit secures your date. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email, followed by a personal message from our team within 24 hours to review details and design preferences.

🏝️ Helpful Notes

  • We provide full setup and breakdown β€” no extra charge.

  • Outdoor events must have shade or covered space and nearby power access.

  • Travel outside Miami-Dade/Broward may include a small fee.

  • Need a last-minute booking? Reach out β€” we’ll make it happen if possible!

βš™οΈ Event Logistics, Space & Setup Requirements

To ensure a smooth experience and flawless setup, please review the following logistics and technical requirements before booking:

πŸ“ Minimum Space:
A flat, level area of 6 ft x 6 ft is required for the photo booth setup.

πŸ•οΈ Shelter:
A mandatory tent or indoor shelter must be provided for any outdoor setups to protect equipment from rain or direct sunlight.

πŸ”Œ Electricity:
One (1) standard, non-shared outlet must be available within 25 ft of the setup location.
(Longer extension cords available upon request.)

πŸ“Ά Wi-Fi Connection:
Client or venue must provide Wi-Fi login credentials for instant sharing features.
Please note: sharing features depend on internet connectivity and third-party service performance, which cannot be guaranteed.

🚚 Delivery & Setup:
YOLO Photo Booth arrives approximately 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time for setup within Miami-Dade and Broward County.
For earlier load-ins or venue-required arrival times, please notify us in advance β€” idle time fees may apply.

πŸ—οΈ Access for Load-In / Load-Out:
A flat surface and ramp access are required from curbside to the event setup area.
If stairs or lifting are necessary, please discuss this during booking β€” additional fees may apply.

πŸ…ΏοΈ Parking:
Parking fees are not included in your booking total.
We kindly request on-site validation or reimbursement when applicable.
